Omega-3 Fish Oil by HSNessentials is a nutritional supplement made of Omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil (18% of eicosapentaenoic acid and 12% of docosahexaenoic acid) and natural vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol) in softgels.

It is advisable to consume 3 capsules a day distributed in the main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
